Accountability Works - CELLA Online English Language Proficiency Assessment

Comprehensive English Language Learning Assessment (CELLA) was developed by Educational Testing Service for AccountabilityWorks (AW), a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting schools in implementing high-quality assessments.  The assessment can be used for Screening, ELL program placement and exit, diagnostic breakouts for data-driven instructional ecision making, progress monitoring, program evaluation and ESEA/NCLB reporting, and charting individual and group progress over time.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC)

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is the largest and oldest Hispanic Organization in the United States. LULAC advances the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 700 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all Hispanic nationality groups.

The Mexican American Legal Defense Fund (MALDEF)

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) is a leading nonprofit Latino litigation, advocacy and educational outreach institution in the United States. 

National Association of Bilingual Education (NABE)

The National Association for Bilingual Education is a professional organization at the national level wholly devoted to representing both English language learners and bilingual education professionals.

National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition (NCELA)

The National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition & Language Instruction Educational Programs (NCELA) collects, analyzes, synthesizes and disseminates information about language instruction educational programs for English language learners and related programs.
